As a Field Service Engineer for Compressor Technique Service in Ukraine, you will perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on industrial equipment. This role involves customer interaction, documentation, and continuous learning, based in Kyiv with travel throughout Central Ukraine.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine, preventative maintenance, repairs and overhauls on Atlas Copco air compressors, dryers, gas generators, and ancillary equipment.
- Troubleshoot and perform diagnostics on malfunctioning equipment.
- Carry out the installation of new equipment.
- Document all work performed using company provided hardware and software.
- Develop by learning VSD's, refrigeration, industrial networks, remote monitoring, and air audits.
- Respond to customer needs and work to satisfy customer expectations.
- Develop sustainable relationships with customers.
- Promote and practice proper safety procedures and the correct use of personal protective equipment.
- Work as a team player sharing knowledge with colleagues and participate in training of self and others.
- Contribute to positive Atlas Copco branding by maintaining a professional and customer-oriented image.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an industrial electrical or mechanical position
- Mechanical or electrical qualification (or qualified by experience)
- Full clean driving licence
- Computer literacy, can learn new systems
- Willingness to travel throughout your region
- English language command allowing technical documentation reading and understanding, participating in product trainings
