Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day operations of engineering labs.
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and organization of materials.
  • Assist with incoming shipments: receiving, verification, and distribution.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized lab environment.
  • Track and manage lab-related assets and consumables.
  • Identify inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements.
  • Collaborate with local and global ESA teams to share best practices.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, logistics, business, or similar).
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple departments.

  • Experience in administrative, logistics, procurement, or technical support roles.
