Responsibilities

  • Handle shipping, picking, receiving, and storage.
  • Secure merchandise for safe movement.
  • Store/stage pallets in assigned locations.
  • Maintain safety and security in work areas.
  • Promote IKEA culture and embrace diversity.
  • Contribute to a positive community and environmental impact.

Requirements

  • Enjoys fast-paced distribution environments.
  • Comfortable with standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and walking for long periods.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • People-person, good at building rapport.
  • Results-driven.
  • Team player, but can work solo.
  • Committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
  • Available to work flexible early morning shifts times between 2:00 AM and 12:00 PM (noon).

Desired Qualifications

  • Warehouse/logistics experience is a plus.
  • Forklift license is a nice-to-have, or willing to learn.
  • Experience with warehouse equipment is a plus.
