Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement data integration solutions using IBM Infosphere DataStage suite.
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation.
  • Develop and maintain Oracle PL/SQL procedures, functions, and packages for data processing.
  • Create and maintain Unix shell scripts for automation and scheduling of data workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical recommendations for data integration projects.
  • Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of data integration jobs.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security in all data processing activities.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in IBM Infosphere DataStage suite for ETL processes.
  • Strong command over SQL for querying and managing relational databases.
  • Experience in developing and optimizing Oracle PL/SQL procedures.
  • Knowledge of Unix shell scripting for automating data workflows.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Strong experience in using Azure DevOps for build and deploy.
  • Familiarity with creating physical data models based on the data model logic.
