Responsibilities
- Investigating cyber threats, security incidents, and critical vulnerabilities.
- Coordinating response activities across stakeholders.
- Leveraging cyber threat intelligence to assess risks.
- Supporting threat hunting.
- Driving timely containment and remediation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Security Operations (SOC), Incident Response, Threat Hunting, or Threat Intelligence.
- Experience coordinating and managing cyber security incidents.
- Strong understanding of cyber threats, attack techniques, and vulnerability management.
- Hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR/XDR, and security monitoring platforms.
- Knowledge of cyber threat intelligence frameworks and methodologies (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK, Kill Chain).
- Experience investigating security incidents, malware, phishing, and advanced threats.
- Understanding of network, endpoint, cloud, and identity security technologies.
- Strong analytical and investigative mindset.
- Ability to coordinate incident response across multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple security events simultaneously.
- Proactive approach to identifying and mitigating cyber risks.
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred Certifications: GIAC (GCIH, GCFA, GCTI), CISSP, Security+, CySA+, or equivalent certifications.
