Responsibilities

  • Investigating cyber threats, security incidents, and critical vulnerabilities.
  • Coordinating response activities across stakeholders.
  • Leveraging cyber threat intelligence to assess risks.
  • Supporting threat hunting.
  • Driving timely containment and remediation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Security Operations (SOC), Incident Response, Threat Hunting, or Threat Intelligence.
  • Experience coordinating and managing cyber security incidents.
  • Strong understanding of cyber threats, attack techniques, and vulnerability management.
  • Hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR/XDR, and security monitoring platforms.
  • Knowledge of cyber threat intelligence frameworks and methodologies (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK, Kill Chain).
  • Experience investigating security incidents, malware, phishing, and advanced threats.
  • Understanding of network, endpoint, cloud, and identity security technologies.
  • Strong analytical and investigative mindset.
  • Ability to coordinate incident response across multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple security events simultaneously.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and mitigating cyber risks.

Desired Qualifications

  • Preferred Certifications: GIAC (GCIH, GCFA, GCTI), CISSP, Security+, CySA+, or equivalent certifications.
