WeQuel is seeking a Swedish and Finnish speaking Customer Service Supervisor in Stockholm to manage order handling, customer relations, and service excellence within the healthcare, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals sector. The role involves proactive support, problem resolution, and teamwork to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage order handling, follow-up, and coordination.
- Monitor daily orders and follow up on warehouse and transportation errors.
- Inform customers about deviations and take corrective actions.
- Handle returns, including identifying original invoice amounts and aligning with return policy.
- Document approvals and information in Order Attachment.
- Participate in required training and education.
- Develop and maintain good customer relations.
- Collaborate closely with sales representatives for optimal service.
- Adhere to the client's Business Conduct Policy and represent the client professionally.
- Share departmental workload and ensure teamwork within Customer Service.
- Meet agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with external customers and distributors.
- Interact with external customers (hospitals, private hospitals, distributors) and internal departments (Sales & Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.).
Requirements
- Documented experience in customer service and order management.
- Minimum high school education.
- Fluent Finnish, Swedish, and English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in order systems, supplier systems, and MS Office.
- Strong customer focus and commitment to service excellence.
- Proven ability in order management and problem resolution.
- Results and performance-driven with personal ownership and accountability.
- Sense of urgency; proactive in addressing problems and opportunities.
- Strong organizational and systems skills; efficient and well-organized.
