Responsibilities
- Provide professional services regarding credit control processes.
- Manage credit control and collection process in cooperation with local staff.
- Develop and implement effective credit control policies and procedures.
- Assist in collection process and applying strategies to encourage timely payments.
- Coordinate with other departments such as sales, customer service and finance.
- Set internal controls checks to establish proper level of controls over accounting.
- Actively participate in process and systems improvements and development.
- Work on period-end closing.
- Reconciliate related balance sheet accounts.
- Cooperate with other accounting and process and innovation teams.
Requirements
- 2 years in accounting and finance in international companies.
- Speak and write English and German at such level to be able to communicate with your colleagues from abroad.
- Experienced with a large amount of data in Excel and SAP.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Achievement orientation.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Work permit in Czech Republic/EU is a must.
