Atlas Copco seeks an experienced Credit Control Executive for their KL Hub team in Shah Alam, Malaysia. This role is responsible for managing accounts receivable, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with at least 3 years of credit control experience.

Responsibilities

Collect all outstanding debts in a timely manner
Print invoices daily and statements monthly
Allocate incoming payments accurately against invoices
Manage and resolve invoice queries both internally and externally
Process new account applications and set appropriate credit limits
Review and maintain credit limits for existing accounts
Develop and maintain procedures in line with the Credit Policy to achieve targeted debtor levels

Requirements

Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or Business Studies
Minimum 3 years of credit control experience, including at least 1 year in a sole charge role
Working knowledge of SAP and C4C is desirable
1–2 years of experience in general accounting and finance
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated with a customer service mindset
Flexible and adaptable approach to work
Ability to build effective relationships with both customers and internal teams
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
High level of accuracy and numeracy
