Responsibilities

  • Establish relationships with suppliers to ensure performance metrics are met.
  • Manage performance metrics including safety, on-time delivery, lead time, and quality.
  • Work in a documented manner adhering to company rules, procedures, and trade compliance regulations.
  • Optimize costs through strategic sourcing processes while meeting specifications.
  • Negotiate price, delivery, payment terms, and stocking programs with suppliers.
  • Ensure contract availability and validity.

Requirements

  • Four year technical or business degree + 2 years of experience in supply chain management OR 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States (sponsorship not provided).
  • Ability to apply interpersonal skills for effective cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Passion for supply chain management and prioritizing customer needs.
  • Ability to identify root causes and resolve situations.
