Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the North American commercial strategy for Industrial Flow technologies.
- Lead commercialization of new and evolving Industrial Flow technologies.
- Collaborate with global business teams to align regional growth strategies.
- Build and strengthen strategic relationships with distributors, OEMs, integrators, channel partners, and key customers.
- Partner across Sales, Applications Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, and Business Leadership.
- Drive commercial excellence through strategic account planning, pipeline management, forecasting, market prioritization, and data-driven decision making.
- Lead, coach, and develop the commercial team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- 5-8 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or commercial roles within industrial manufacturing, process equipment, flow technologies, or related markets.
- Ability to identify growth opportunities and contribute to sales strategies.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate market opportunities into actionable commercial strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, organizational change, and business transformation.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior people leadership experience is preferred but not required; demonstrated experience leading projects, mentoring others, or influencing cross-functional teams will also be considered.
- Experience developing and managing distributor, channel, OEM, or integrator partner networks highly preferred.
- Experience supporting the introduction of new products, technologies, or solutions to industrial customers is preferred.
