Responsibilities

  • Review sales orders and verify order entries (create/change/cancel) in the system, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
  • Archive and organize contracts and related business documents (paper and electronic).
  • Improve the order processing system (SAP) functionality and problem-solve.
  • Promote the construction of order entry and order check automation projects.
  • Cooperate with internal and external audits, providing information and completing requirements.
  • Identify inconsistencies between operations and audit requirements and promote process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above in international economics and trade, business administration, or related major.
  • English CET-4 or above, proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Proficient in SAP.
