This hybrid role involves collaborating with global teams to ensure data quality and standardization across entities.

Responsibilities

  • Support data stewards in driving data standardization, governance, and alignment.
  • Lead local data gathering and cleansing activities during roll-outs.
  • Guide key users in applying established tools and processes.
  • Participate in data migration, testing, and training activities.
  • Provide hypercare support after go-live.
  • Help regional teams sustain high master data quality standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for master data related questions, improvements, and governance topics.
  • Ensure consistency and standardization of master data and business glossary definitions.
  • Promote sustainable solutions, automation, and continuous improvement in master data processes.
  • Collaborate with business process experts, project teams, and technical partners.

Requirements

  • Experience in master data management and data governance processes.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Knowledge of SAP and/or Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with SQL and Power BI is considered a strong asset.
  • Experience in an international or multinational environment.
  • Strong analytical and process-oriented thinking skills.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • A structured and methodical approach with strong organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a changing environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • A customer-focused mindset combined with strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • An entrepreneurial attitude aligned with Atlas Copco values.
