We are seeking a mid-senior System Analyst with a strong technical background and a passion for data-driven process improvements. The role involves identifying and tracking KPIs, partnering with teams to analyze metric fluctuations, and implementing projects to enhance services, processes, and tools for the Marketplace business.
Responsibilities
- Help identify, track and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Partner with internal and external program teams to identify root-causes of spikes or plummets in key metrics.
- Carry on mid-term to long-term projects to improve services, processes and tools.
- Provide the Marketplace business with robust automated insights.
- Use data to drive process improvements.
Requirements
- Experience with SQL.
- Experience gathering business requirements.
- Experience using industry standard business intelligence tool(s) to extract data, formulate metrics and build reports.
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of data structures, data modeling, and database schema.
- Bachelor's degree in economics, computer science, statistics, mathematics, finance or equivalent.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with AI/ML technologies.
- Master's degree or equivalent.
- Knowledge of and proficiency in the use of Python scripting language.
- Experience with AWS Services including EC2, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, SQS.
