Responsibilities
- Month-end processing and participation in a team Finance environment for timely reporting.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts as directed by the Business Controller.
- Assist with annual/cyclical stocktaking and variance analysis.
- Manage Fixed Assets for the customer center, including balance sheet reconciliation.
- Responsible for regular, repetitive reporting and ad-hoc reporting as required.
- Analyze PPV and perform standard cost updates.
- Generate weekly freight bills by regions.
- Review and analyze Wireless Watchdog reports and invoices.
- Assist with the overall month-end process and reporting.
- Update and record prokuras to meet corporate guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelors’ degree in Accounting required (strong work experience may substitute).
- 2-4 years of experience in accounting within an industrial environment.
- Proven analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- High attention to detail.
- Good PC skills generally and advanced skills in Excel.
- Exposure to BPCS would be an advantage.
- Present a positive, ethical attitude whilst adhering to all internal controls.
- Suggests improvements in Procedures and Systems.
