Responsibilities

  • Research, validate, and implement advanced control methodologies and AI-driven solutions.
  • Optimize machine performance, extend equipment lifespan, and reduce energy usage.
  • Prototype solutions in Matlab/Simulink or Python.
  • Collaborate with mathematicians, physicists, software engineers, and mechatronic experts.
  • Participate in the end-to-end development lifecycle from concept to post-market support.
  • Track technological trends in AI, machine learning, embedded control systems, and IoT.
  • Build relationships with academic and industrial research partners.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
  • Proficiency in programming with simulation environments (such as MATLAB and Simulink) or high-level languages (such as Python).
  • Strong interest in control theory, signal processing, dynamics of complex systems, artificial intelligence, and algorithm development.
  • Passion for embedded control systems, machine learning trends, and smart Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) solutions.
  • Analytical, curious, and detail-oriented mindset with high autonomy.
  • Eagerness to pursue a doctoral degree.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

Desired Qualifications

  • Affinity for software development or eagerness to learn.
  • Experience with embedded C/C++, Git, and Linux development environments is considered a plus.
  • Passion for root-cause analysis.
