Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair air compressors, air dryers, auto drains, flow controllers, vacuum pumps, and blowers
- Pressure wash and clean customer equipment pad including skids, coolers, concrete, tanks, etc.
- Communicate with customers and Service Manager regarding services performed and repair options
- Completely fill out all work orders, start-up forms, warranty forms, oil sample forms, and parts return slips
- Train and assist other Service Technicians
- Promote and practice proper safety procedures and the correct use of personal and protective equipment
- Set, install, and pipe compressor systems as needed
- Participate in a rotating 24/7/365 on-call pool
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- 3-5 years of experience as a compressor technician
- Expertise in mechanical, electrical, or electronic repair
- Refrigeration, oil free, high pressure and vacuum certified
- Customer-focused and takes ownership of meeting customer's needs
- Can supply all basic required tools
