Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers from German, Italian, French, English, Dutch, or Spanish speaking regions via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide customer support and respond to client requests.
  • Provide information about the client company's products and services.
  • Ensure a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Excellent speaking and writing in German, Italian, French, English, Dutch, or Spanish.
  • Knowledge of a second language (English) is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills; IT skills will be further developed during training.
  • Excellent communicator with effective, clear, and transparent communication.
  • Curious personality with a desire to gain new knowledge.
  • Team player with a willingness to collaborate openly to achieve common goals.
  • Ambitious with a focus on personal and professional development.
  • Previous work experience in customer support is an advantage but not mandatory.
